Who this page is for

This page is for people who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions.

It’s also for those experiencing, or recovering from, difficult or unhealthy relationships — including emotional or narcissistic abuse — and for anyone affected by living with or loving someone with addiction.

You might also relate to ADHD traits (diagnosed or not), or be navigating grief, loss, or life changes.
